For 3.0 um thickness, one order is for two sheets of 210 mm x 250 mm.
For 12 um thickness, one order is for four sheets of 210 mm x 280 mm.
Polyester dielectric constant is about 3.3 at 25 C.
Dielectric breakdown > 200 V/um (if there is no defects due to operation).
Can generate very high electrostatic force (Maxwell) at lower voltage due to the thin thickness.
