Uniaxially oriented PVDF-HFP film with thickness ~ 27 um. High dielectric constant >10, High Dielectric Breakdown Strength > 600 MV/m. Great for high energy density film capacitors and piezo film
Film width is 170 mm, each order will have about 3 m long film.
Minimal remnant polarization, great for electrostatic adhesive and HASEL (hydraulically amplified self-healing electrostatic) actuators.
The orientation significantly improved the dielectric breakdown strength (energy density) and reduced the leakage current and energy loss.
This film is NOT poled and it is non-piezoelectric. But the customer can pole the film by themselves.
