Poled PVDF piezoelectric film with different thickness: 8 um, 12 um, 16 um, 29 um, 28 um, 32 um, 45 um, 50 um, 100 um, 120 um, 200 um. Uniaxially oriented with high d31 of 29-31 pC/N. d33 is higher than 23 pC/N and modulus is >2.0 GPa.
With 30-100 nm thick sputtered aluminum electrode produced in roll-to-roll process.
One sheet with size is 210 mm x 270 mm. We can also offer piezo PVDF film with aluminum electrode in roll format, width 140 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, or 400-450 mm, length from 1 m to > 1,000 m
The aluminum can also be etched with dilute KOH water solution (or NaOH or HCl or vinegar) for producing sensors in university lab.
The 117 um thick piezo PVDF-Al has resonance frequency of 8.95 MHz (review test figure)

For other thickness, we have in-house sputtering machine and we can produce customized film thickness with aluminum, copper, silver, or gold electrode.
