Specialty double sided PSA tape by 3M (TM, 3M is a trademark of 3M)
one surface is 45 um thick silicone PSA adhesive, another surface is 30 um thick 3M acrylic PSA, with a 25 um thick transparent PET film in the middle as carrier. Polycoated graft paper with 3M logo is used to protect the acrylic adhesive surface, and transparent PET release liner with F-release is used to protect the silicone adhesive surface.

Used to laminate silicone rubber with surfaces with high energy density (metal, glass, PET, or PolyK Piezo film sensors).
Can laminate PolyK Piezo PVDF sensor to silicone rubber surface.
