Poled PVDF piezoelectric film with uniaxial orientation and high d31. Thickness of from 7 um to 1000 um, other thickness available upon request, high d31 and d33 >25 pC/N.
These piezo film with gold electrode is produced in batch process for research and product development. Sputtered gold electrode can be etched by “Antistrumin, Potassium monoiodide” [Google “gold etchant”].
Gold electrode is only on NEGATIVE surface. No electrode on positive surface. For customer to cut and build ultrasound transducers.
Small 150 mm x 150 mm for research and product development. Typical gold electrode thickness is 100 nm gold. Thicker gold can be sputtered at additional cost.
Largest film size is 320 mm x 320 mm size at additional cost (about 3X of 150 mm x 150 mm size)
Shipping is free for USA customers. For international customers, we will charge $50 using UPS air with tracking number (about 5 days to most countries) and we will send you a second invoice for shipping after your order.
