P(VDF-TrFE) (or PVDF-VF3) [trifluoroethylene] copolymer resin produced by suspension polymerization with high crystallinity and high melting temperature. Great for ferroelectric, pyroelectric, and piezoelectric applications.
Composition available: VDF/TrFE = 80/20 mol FC20, 75/25 mol FC25, or 70/30 mol FC30
65/35, 55/45, 50/50 mol also available at higher price
The ink is formlated with MEK methyl ethyl ketone solvent (boiling temperature 80 deg C), with 20% solid content, filtered with 0.45 um filter.
Viscosity around 2,000 mPa*s
for doctor blade casting on glass (5 um to 100 um dry thickness); spin coating up to 10 um thickness
