Product Description
This is an option for PolyK CPE1901 ferroelectric test system.
This option will use MTI 2100 fotonic sensor and PolyK test fixture to measure the displacement (strain) of ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials under high voltage. Combined with PolyK ferroelectric test system, it will measure strain vs electrical field and strain vs charge curves in a broad frequency and voltage range.
it can be used to measure both piezo ceramic and polymer (PVDF and PVDF-TrFE) samples. Resolution can be better than 10 nm.
