Cold plasma can be used to clean silicon wafer and plastic surface to enhance their adhesion with coating, paint, or for stong lamination.
Atmospheric pressure plasma does not require vacuum chamber so it can be used to treat large products at much lower cost.
This machine uses 30-40 psi dry air to pass a plasma generator jet and generates plasma that can be directed to the product surface. The plasma jet moves in X direction up to 500 mm, while the 1 m long belt moves in perpendicular direction to transport the product. It can be used to treat quite large 3D objects, while other corona treating machines are mainly for < 1 mm thick thin film.
It requires 30-40 psi dry air, 220 (208) V single phase about 1.5 kW (can be provdied by a 110V-220 V step up transformer if you do not have 208 V electrical power in your building).
