Piezoelectric PVDF film with thermal stability up to 160 C.
Regular PVDF piezo film operation temperature is 65 C, and then will shrink in d31 direction and piezo performance decreases.
This is special grade piezo film with operation/process/storage temperature up to 160 C (no performance decrease or dimension change at 160 C for one hour).
For PVDF, d33 ~10 pC/N, d31 >15 pC/N. Size is 200 mm x 250 mm, thickness is 35 um, 50 um, or 120 um. Other thickness can be produced based on request.
PVDF Dielectric Constant ~12.5, dielectric dissipation factor ~1.9% at 22 C and 1 kHz
