Product Description
5 m only. 3D Printing Filament made with PVDF-TrFE 70/30 mol copolymer for dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric applications. diameter is around ~1.5-1.7 mm, not very uniform, with some air bubbles, for research only. Melting 145 C and Curie temperature 95 C (both second heating). Melt flow index 15 g/10 min at 5 kg load 230 C. Offer 5 m, 10m, and 20 m standard length, can offer spool of 100 m length.
5 m is about 19-20 gram weight.
3D printed PVDF parts will be always in alpha paraelectric phase and it requires super high voltage to pole (almost impossible). The 3D printed PVDF-TrFE copolymer parts will be always in beta ferroelectric phase which is much easiler to pole for piezo and pyroelectric response (poling field V/um < 30% of PVDF).
