100 um thick, 300 mm wide, 2 m long. The best thermoplastic fluoropolymer with melting temperature higher than PFA but still be able to be extruded. High Dielectric Breakdown Strength. UL rated for 300 deg C electrical insulation.
DuPont™ ECCtreme® ECA1 3000 fluoroplastic resin is a new class of perfluoroplastic specifically designed for use in extreme
applications requiring an operating temperature of up to 300 °C (572 °F)2 in combination with excellent electrical properties and/
or chemical resistance. DuPont developed ECCtreme® ECA 3000 fluoroplastic resin in response to industry demand for a
melt-extrudable, high-temperature fluoroplastic resin for wire and cable applications. ECCtreme® ECA 3000 fluoroplastic resin
has been recognized as a 300 °C (572 °F) rated material per UL 746B2 by UL.
