Electroactive polymer EAP actuators made with PolyK piezoelectric PVDF. Bimorph Design (Two layers of active PVDF laminated by thin glue)
- PVDF Film thickness of 30 um, operation voltage up to 1500 V.
- PVDF Film thickness of 20 um, operation voltage up to 1000 V
- PVDF Film thickness of 12 um, operation voltage up to 600 V
Each actuator active area is 10 mm x 35 mm. Two solderable pin connectors for connecting to external high voltage power supply or amplifiers. The plastic box is NOT included.
In this Bimorph Design: when the voltage is applied, one PVDF layer becomes longer, and the second layer PVDF becomes shorter, so the bending is more significant than the other unimorph design.

Other size or active film thickness can be produced in one week.
