Test fixture can soaked in hot silicone oil or transformer oil to high temperature poling (customer provide glass container and silicone oil and hotplate). Up to 150 deg C

This system contain a high voltage power supply Matsusada Precision High Voltage AU-50P12-LC +50 kV/12 mA, with current limit function, with reliable arc resistance. It is 200-240 Vac line voltage, but we can provide a 110-220 transformer for customers in the USA.

With safety interlock and a high voltage cage with magnetic interlock.

Sample shall have electrodes (or use aluminum foil or conductive rubber as electrode).

For advanced R&D in piezoelectric materials, can prepare samples up to 250 mm x 250 mm.

You can use it develop poling process and optimize the conditions: such as voltage, time, temperature, etc.

Advanced configuration includes the Matsusada 50kV power supply, poling fixture, all cables, and a small roll PVDF film for practice, a high voltage resistor box to protect the power supply, a plastic container, 5 L silicone oil, and a safety cabinet.
