1. Refurbished Keysight E4980AL Precision LCR meter 20 Hz to 1 MHz, with 2017/2018 Keysight calibration.
2. PolyK high temperature test fixture and high temperature BNC cables which can be used inside a 200 C temperature chamber.
3. A National Instrument USB TC01 thermocouple.
4. A used laptop with preinstalled LabView software that can read temperature from the TC01 thermocouple and control the LCR meter.
5. A micro USB cable to connect the LCR meter to host computer.
This will allow the customers to set the fixture and their test sample inside their own temperature chamber, manually set the chamber chamber, then use the LabView program to perform capacitance/impedance measurement as a function of frequency, at the same time to read temperature of the sample from the TC01 thermocouple, save all data to ASCII file.
