Poled PVDF-TrFE Copolymer piezoelectric film with 150 nm thick gold electrode fully covered both surfaces.
Composition: VDF/TrFE (VF3) = 75/25 mol, [Other compositions can be special produced]
Thickness: ~500 um, other thickness can be produced based on request
Size to choose: 10 mm x 10 mm, 20 mm x 20 mm, 50 mm x 50 mm, or 100 mm x 100 mm
Gold: 150 nm both surfaces, fully covered, pass tape adhesive test
d33: >30 pC/N.
d31=d32 < 5 pC/N
Dielectric Constant: ~8.0-8.5
Coupling Factor: >0.30
Poisson's ratio: ~0.225
Density: 1.80 g/cc
Resonance Frequency: ~2.3 MHz for 500 um (reversly proportional to thickness)
Curie Transition (80/20 mol): >130 C
Operation: <120 C
Curie Transition (75/25 mol): >110 C
Operation: <100 C
