Product Description

Poled PVDF piezoelectric film without electrode. Thickness < 10 um, other thickness available upon request, high d31 >28 pC/N and d33 >10 pC/N.

Typical Thickness: 3-4 um, 4-5 um, 6-7 um, 7-8 um

Sell in size of 150 mm x 150 mm.

Other sizes also available (produced in roll-to-roll with width > 400 mm and length > 100 m)

We can also apply electrode based on request (Vacuum sputtered thin Gold, Aluminum, Silver, Copper, etc).

Note: it is difficult to use d33 meter to accurately measure thin polymer film. The measured value is usually lower than actual performance for thinner film. It is more appropriate to use d31 to characterize thin film <40 um.

For piezo sensors, high frequency ultrasound, loudspeakers.
