Poled PVDF piezoelectric film without electrode. Thickness of 200 um, other thickness available upon request, high d31 and d33 >25 pC/N.
Dielectric Constant ~13.0, dielectric dissipation factor ~1.9% at 22 C and 1 kHz
Young's modulus >2.0 GPa at 25 C.
Thermal shrinkage <0.5% at 65 C and 30 minutes.
Thick thickness for mechanical energy harvesting, piezo sensor, etc.
This is film with electrodes and they may have different sizes.
Gold (Cr adhesion layer), copper (Ni protection layer), and Platinum (Pt) are produced by magnetron sputtering with about 100 nm thickness. Size is 120 mm x 120 mm
Silver is screen printed with about 5 um thickness. Size of the film is 200 mm x 290 mm.
Aluminum is produced by e-beam evaporation, conductivity is about 1 ohm/sq, size is 200 mm x 290 mm
