Product Description
PVDF Film Produced by melt extrusion and uniaxial orientation. Melting of 170 C or higher.
Piezoelectric Film and corona poled with high d33 (20-25 pC/N) and high d31 (25-30 pC/N). Low d32 (<5 pc/N). Dielectric constant ~13.0, Speed of sound ~ 2200 m/s, Young's Modulus (1 direction)> 2000 MPat 20 C
No electrode [for piezo film with Cu/Ni, gold, transparent ITO, screen-printed silver ink, or silver nanowire electrode, please check other listing]
Thickness available: 7/12/19/28//33/40/50/60/75/100/110/120 um/200um micrometer.
The 110 um thick film has stronger piezo response, but with one surface matte (rough) for better lamination.
Each order is one sheet of 200 mm x 270 mm.
Also available in large rolls with width of 300/350/450 mm and length of 50/100/200 m.
Other thickness available -- please review our online listing or email us sale@polyk-lab.com
Film is generally optically transparent.
Typical properties are listed in the first figure. Suggested operation temperature is 65 C, and piezo response gradually decreases above 85C, though there is still piezo response even after 125 C/100 hour aging.
Specialty piezo film are available upon request (such as biaxially orirented or non-oriented, or ultrathin of 3 um, ultrathick of 1000 um, etc), special electrode pattern, silver screen printing, laser ablation, etc.
The uniaxially oriented piezo film with large d31 is the most populous product and most applications using the strong d31 response. Good for piezo sensor, actuator (bendor), piezo speaker, energy harvesting, flexible sensor and wearable sensor for healthcare (repiration monitor, heart rate monitor) etc. by using the strong response in "1" direction.
Electrode can be applified by sputtering (gold, silver, ITO, Cu, Pt), screen printing (silver ink), etc.
Discount can be offered for large order.
