One piece Mylar PET polyester film with thickness of 1.4 um or 0.9 um. For R&D and acoustic loudspeaker membrane and electrostatic chuck/brake
One surface with aluminium electrode (about 1-2 ohm/sq).
For 1.4 um thickness, one order is for two sheets of 210 mm x 280 mm.
For 0.9 um thickness, one order is for four sheets of 75 mm x 280 mm.
Polyester dielectric constant is about 3.3 at 25 C.
Dielectric breakdown > 200 V/um (if there is no defects due to operation).
Can generate very high electrostatic force (Maxwell) at lower voltage due to the thin thickness.
