Customized corona poling system to produce piezoelectric polymer film and ceramic in lab scale, such as PVDF, PVDF-TrFE, PLLA, PZT, etc.

1. Active sample size: 100 mm x 100 mm or smaller

2. Power supply: -30 kV, 2 mA

3. Poling temperature: up to 100 C [higher temperature can be produced based on request)

4. Poling sample: no conductive electrode requires as this is by corona. More tolerate to defects of your samples.

This is a customized system used by several universities for research and development.
